Review: Millennium M7 Microlite Stand & M250 Climbing Sticks

Intro: In this review, we’re looking at the Millennium M7 Microlite treestand, the new M250 Millennium aluminum climbing sticks, and their climbing stick quiver. I do my best to give honest and as accurate as possible information based on my experience using the products in the field throughout the hunting season, but be aware personal opinion is involved. Hopefully, it will help you make the best-informed decisions for your hunting needs. With that said let’s get started!

Gear Overview & Specs: As a whitetail hunter of 30 years and one that hunts mostly with a compound bow on public land, being mobile and having light, solid setups is crucial. A few pounds here or there really add up and can make a sometimes tough season completely grueling. I also hunt in many hard-to-reach areas that are quite a hike and tough to access, many times within the bedding cover of whitetail deer and within 50-100 yards of where deer may be bedded. Therefore, I look for reliable, light, tough, and silent gear that can easily be set up and taken down each time I hunt. If I don’t put set up and take down my set each hunt, at least every few days I will probably remove my sticks and stand if it’s an expensive and a non-permanent setup. This sticks and stand combo intrigued me for just that reason. My previous experience with similar setups has been with Lone Wolf lock-ons and climbing sticks, and also summit as well as Lone Wolf climbers. Keep this in mind when I evaluate and give my take on the performance of this gear. Here are the specs and prices below as listed on Millennium’s website.
